Fermented at 4 degrees C for 8 days.
Lagered at 4 degrees C for 60 days.

Comments:

Sammen med smagshumlen tilsættes 1,5cm vanilie stang, 1/4 tsk muskat, 1/4 tsk anis (ikke stjerneanis) samt 1 tsk irish moss.

De sidste to minutter urten koger tilføjes yderligere 1,5cm vanilie stang og 1/4 tsk anis.
